These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of formhaus.developmentscale.com (the “Site”), operated by FormHaus Atelier LLC (“FormHaus,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
The Site is provided for informational and inquiry purposes — to browse our collections, view selected projects, and contact us about your build. You may use the Site for personal and professional reference. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape or systematically harvest its content, or reproduce its design without written permission.
Showroom visits are by appointment only at our 11840 Vose Street location in North Hollywood, California. All FormHaus collections are custom-fabricated to order. Material specifications, lead times, and pricing are confirmed in writing through individually signed proposals or shop drawings — nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer or quote. No purchases or transactions are completed through the Site.
All content on the Site — including the FormHaus name, sub-brand names (Acero, Bella, Pyra, Sugi, Lumen, Opus), logos, photography, copy, designs, and the overall look and feel — is owned by FormHaus Atelier LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Photographs of completed projects are published with the consent of the homeowner or architect of record where applicable.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Material samples, finishes, and project images are representative; actual product appearance, dimensions, lead times, and tolerances are confirmed only in signed shop drawings. Color reproduction on screens varies; final selections should be confirmed with physical samples at the showroom.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormHaus Atelier LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, for site visitors who have not entered into a separate project agreement, is zero.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, our Instagram profile). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
